This page explains what happens when you use the quiz. You can read every question without submitting answers to an AI service. We do not ask for your name, email, age, photos, or free-text personal history. You can skip any question and leave at any point.
Before you submit
Selected answers live in the current page's memory. We do not place them in browser local storage, cookies, analytics events, or URL parameters. Refreshing or leaving the page normally clears the active quiz. Browser features such as history and page restoration may still retain traces of your visit. Clearing the quiz does not erase browser history or another device's records.
When you request a reflection
The final consent checkbox authorizes sending your selected answers to our server, OpenRouter, and its selected AI provider. Our server validates the option numbers and constructs the question-and-answer prompt. The AI request is made from a Cloudflare Durable Object constrained to the United States. This describes our execution location, not a promise that every third-party processing step occurs in the United States.
We request zero-data-retention provider routing and disallow providers that collect prompts for training. These controls depend on provider policies and availability. If a compatible provider is unavailable, the request fails instead of relaxing those settings. OpenRouter's own prompt logging and opt-in settings are also relevant; its published policies are linked below.
What we store
Our application does not save quiz answers or reflections to a database, object storage, a public result page, or application logs. Results return only to the requesting page. There is no account history, email delivery, or shareable result URL. Clearing the quiz removes the result from the active page.
Cloudflare may add a traffic and performance beacon to pages at the network edge. Our application does not pass quiz answers or reflections to that beacon. Cloudflare and OpenRouter process infrastructure metadata such as request time, status, network information, token usage, and latency under their own policies. Our short-term rate limiter uses a daily hashed IP key to limit requests; an IP hash is not a guarantee of anonymity. We do not include your device IP in the AI prompt. Provider processing is not the same as keeping all data inside your browser.
Browsing and external links
We do not install advertising or behavioral analytics scripts in this version. External resources have their own privacy policies. Our pages use a no-referrer policy to reduce information sent when following links. Anyone with access to your device or browser history may still see that you visited this site.
If using a shared device, consider what others can access before beginning. Do not submit answers if you are uncomfortable with third-party AI processing. You can use the educational guides without requesting a reflection.
Provider policies
Read OpenRouter's Data Collection and Zero Data Retention documentation for its current processing policies. Cloudflare's privacy policy explains infrastructure processing. No online service can promise absolute secrecy. This notice may change when features or providers change; the updated date appears above.
